Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. Technical information such as IP address and security signals may be processed to operate and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and continue related correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or steps taken at your request before a possible contract where relevant. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Technical data is used for site operation, security and prevention of automated abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure service.

Security and recipients

Our hosting provider hosts the website and company email. Cloudflare helps protect the site, and Turnstile protects the form from automated submissions. Turnstile may process technical device and connection signals; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Cloudflare may process technical data outside the EEA under the applicable safeguards described in its policy. We do not sell your information.

Retention

We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any related correspondence or cooperation. We may retain them longer if required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical logs and temporary security data are retained according to the relevant providers’ and security system’s settings.

Your rights
